A composite resin floor system was installed which involved enclosed vacuum blast preparation, one coat of epoxy bonder primer fully blinded with aluminium oxide, over coated with one coat of high build two pack epoxy and again fully blinded in aluminium oxide. A final coat of high build two pack epoxy was then applied as the finishing coat to provide an extremely hard wearing surface with excellent non-slip characteristics. Area completed 1900 Sq. metres.
