The contract was for the installation of a 3mm SL screed with a decorative flake system - Area of 28 SqM.

The programme of works consisted of preparation of the existing floor surface by means of vacuum assisted diamond floor grinder, localised screed repairs and then the installation of an epoxy self-leveller at a nominal thickness of 3mm, followed by a full blind with PVA flakes, and finally a scatch resistant top clear seal coat.

All works were completed to a high standard and to the clients satisfaction. Please see below attached pictures showing the floor condition before and after installation.
