TP Flooring & Coatings Ltd were awarded the contract to install epoxy resin flooring to the workshop areas (totalling 3,800m²) at Manchester Precision Engineering Ltd in Denton, Manchester. The works comprised of surface preparation by means of vacuum assisted diamond floor grinding, application of an oil tolerant primer and small localised repairs using an epoxy resin mortar. Two coats of an epoxy resin high build, Resistocoat HB, was then installed, with the final coat incorporating a randon scatter of aluminium oxide to provide a degree of non-slip. Dermaraction lines were installed using a two pack high build epoxy. All works were completed in a timely manner, under strict Covid-19 health and safety guidelines, and to the clients great satisfaction.
