Salford College - Salford - August 2017
TP Flooring Ltd were awarded the contract for resin flooring to Salford College, Skill Centre and was completed to the clients entire satisfaction see attached pictures which shows condition of the surface before and after.
TP Flooring successfully completed the installation of epoxy resin flooring to the Leigh Works of Volex. Vac blast preparation and diamond grinding, one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of high build epoxy completed over an area of 8,000 sq metres within a very tight time frame. Clients requirements were satisfied and they were extremly pleased with the final finish.
We were appointed the works by the brewery to carry out the following. preparation using scan master 450 with vacuum attachment removed all surface laitance and vacuumed all arisings. We than applied one coat of Resucoat HB in Kingfisher Blue allowed the coating to cure overnight and then applied a 2nd coat of Resucoat HB and scattered a quartx aggregate into the coating leaving a non slip surface.
We carried out the following works in April, prepared the floor by using scan master 450, our client wanted to re-vamp the walkways and lay a small 30 sqm self smoothing floor with a non slip finsih, we applied two coats of Resucoct HB in Salsa Red and finished off the demartkation lines in yellow.
TP Flooring were awarded the refurbishment contract for all the existing kennels at Manchester and Cheshire dogs Home. A quartyz screed with coving was used, the contract was successfully completed and within the required time frame.
TP Flooring were awarded a flooring contract by SEC Storage for a warehouse in Bredbury, Stockport - Area 2000 sq metres incorporating walkways. The area was prepared by vacuum controlled diamond grinding followed by two coats of high build two pack epoxy incorporating a scatter of aluminium oxide to give the required degree of non slip.
Non slip MMA fast cure resin flooring for steps amd ramps outside reception. Due to fast cure nature of the product all works were completed in one working day and can be fully trafficked after 1 hour.
We were awarded the flooring contract for Tesla Motors at Touchwood Shopping Centre, Solihull being the first car park service centre for Tesla Motors in the UK. Work comprised of diamond grind preparation and the installation of a 3mm epoxy SL in Tesla company colours with a non slip aggregate finish. All works satisfactory completed and orders have now been placed for Bluewater Shopping Centre and Bristol.
Unit refurbishment in Bolton, remove sections of the bed, diamond grind preparation and install an epoxy SL to achieve required levels with remaining floor. All works completed satisfactory over a weekend period.
Industrial floor in Twickenham London which allowed for vac-blast preparation and extensive resin floor repairs using epoxy resin mortar and self levelling epoxy. Floor finish epoxy bonder primer followed by two coats of high build solvent free two pack epoxy.
A composite resin floor system was installed which involved enclosed vacuum blast preparation, one coat of epoxy bonder primer fully blinded with aluminium oxide, over coated with one coat of high build two pack epoxy and again fully blinded in aluminium oxide. A final coat of high build two pack epoxy was then applied as the finishing coat to provide an extremely hard wearing surface with excellent non-slip characteristics. Area completed 1900 Sq. metres.
TP Flooring were awarded the contract in 2015 for the installation of a flexible resin system to the plant room floors providing a fully tanked and sealed surface. All works were successfully completed and additional areas have now been added, which means it is an ongoing contract for our Company.
The new all electric car from Tesla is being launched in Stockport. TP Flooring & Coatings Ltd were awarded the contract for the installation of a non slip resin flooring to the new workshop, stores and a 3mm self levelling epoxy to the delivery area. All successfully completed.
Build up of existing coatings had to be removed back to original slab by vacuum blasting and diamond grinding. Epoxy bonder primer and two coats of high build epoxy were installed with demarkation lines. Zebra crossing to the outside

We were awarded the contract for re-instating pedestrian crossings at Terminal 2 Manchester Airport. Systems installed previously had delaminated almost immediatley due to impervious nature of the brick paving. Surface was lightly ground with a diamond floor grinder before roller applying resin rich clear epoxy bonder which fully adhered to the surface, then overcoating with a two part epoxy colour to the walkway and lettering.

Awarded the contract from Bam Construction Completion of a non-slip epoxy resin coatings to concession stands and toilets amenities at the above.
We were awarded the contract for epoxy resin flooring at the above site. The new warehouse facility measures 16,000 sq metres. All areas were vacuum blasted which cleaned the surface and also exposed any weakness within the existing floor. In the areas of weakness A320 floor planer with a fine mulling drum was used to reduce the floor surface by 6mm or until a sound substrate was found. Areas of repair were then back filled with an epoxy resin screed and brought back to a smooth surface finish.
Joints were re-cut into the floor and back filled with a two part flexible jointing compound. Once all repairs were completed the surace received one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of high epoxy incorporating a 36 grade aluminium oxide to give the required degree of non slip
TP Flooring were awarded the above contract to carry out enclosed vacuum blast prepartion, locliased screed repairs, one coat of epoxy two pack primer followed by two coats of high build two apck epoxy. All works completed within required tiem frame and since we have completed resin flooring for their sister company in Northampton FBS Prestige Ltd.

We recently completed a project at Manchester International Airport Terminal 1. The task was carefully planned to accommodate the logistics of a busy International Airport. We provided a flooring specification with fantastic anti-slip characteristics to handle the high volume of pedestrian and vehicle traffic at Terminal 1 Departures. Manchester Airport was looking to refurbish adjacent roadways to lift the profile of the Terminal.

Selfridges in Manchester City Centre has polished up their men's and women's wear departments with a new floor. The carefully planned works took place leading up to the busy Christmas trading period. The curing time of the materials for this project was paramount as the shop floors are trafficked between the hours of 8am - 9pm.
The areas were prepared by means of STR machine with an abrasive pad, which was followed by isolated screed repairs. The specification was completed with two coats of high build epoxy (Fast Cure) applied with a lambs wool roller and paintbrush. Selfridges required a hardwearing surface with a high gloss finish.
The services of TP flooring and Coatings Ltd were employed for the installation of resin flooring to a Rotatives Engineering Workshop. Hardwearing epoxy systems and non-slip surfaces in specific areas have been successfully installed. Work is continuing through various Engineering Departments at the Derby site.
TP flooring & Coatings ltd were awarded by the construction Company Clement Dickens & Sons for the installation of a 6mm RT non slip resin screed, supplied and laid 930sqm.
With TP Flooring & Coatings having over two decades of experience, Missguided turned them, to provide a solution to upgrade the existing warehouse floor.
TP Flooring meet with Missguided in order to gain a full understanding of their individual requirements, timescale and to provide advice on the most appropriate specification. From these discussions a high performance resin coating was chosen as it was seen as providing the required speed of application in addition to providing a floor fully fit for their ongoing purposes.
The concrete was vacuumed shot blasted, a clean dust free process. The edges were prepared with a diamond grinder, providing a textured surface suitable for the application of coating. Once complete a high performance resin coating was installed over two applications. The preparation works and the coatings needed to be applied within a tight timescale in order that the floor would be ready for the installation of the warehouse racking. This stringent schedule was achieved through the organisation, skill and experience of TP Flooring. Missguided was delighted with the finished product and the performance of TP Flooring throughout the process.

We were awarded the contract for resin flooring to the Aircraft Maintenance Hanger at Manchester Airport PLC. A non slip resin surface was installed with chemical resistance to aviation fuels. Area 12,000 sqm.
We were awarded the contract for floor repairs and resin coatings at the above site. Three factory areas 3,900 sq metres. Distrinctive colours too identify working areas, FLT routes and walkways.
